IN-APP MESSAGING: Wrote push notifications and copy for PointCard's app.

EMAIL COPY: Wrote copy for exclusive offers for PointCard members. For PhoneSoap, I wrote copy for two influencer marketing email flows and an SMS text as well as a sales email chain for administrators and leaders in education that our sales team could use for finding leads.
BLOGS: Wrote 57 blogs for PhoneSoap and helped build up our blog posting cadence to three times a week. All blogs were backed by keyword research and optimized for SEO. Topics covered lifestyle, health, how-to, and our products.

From May 2019 to December 2019, I wrote for the section "At the Y," which highlights campus events and news. I also wrote copy for the bimonthly email newsletter BYU Today.
